Our Business Hours are a little quirky. Please do not arrive during our field-trip hours, or outside of opening hours. We cannot meet you at the gate until we reopen.

About us
Located on four fully fenced acres in the beautiful Pemberton Valley, Ruth’s Pet Hotel has been treating dogs to the time of their lives since 2003.
Whether it’s just for the day or an extended stay while you work, ski, or head off on holiday, Ruth’s Pet Hotel is the perfect doggie getaway.
Complete with grassy fields, wooded trails, and tons of personal attention.
You can relax on your holiday knowing your dog is having the time of its life here at the Hotel.
Boarding Service
While you are away there is no reason your dog shouldn’t have a holiday too. We’re not a home away from home, we’re a destination resort created with your dog in mind.
We head out on long, joyful walks, letting the entire pack join in. Our acres of fully fenced fields and winding trails are a dream come true for the young, active, and endlessly curious.
For senior sweethearts or dogs who prefer to take life a little slower, we have plenty of cozy spots to relax, lounge, and watch the world go by. Even the tiniest of pups will find a safe, happy place to play and just be themselves.
Overnight lodgers sleep in our heated and air conditioned dog wing which is attached to our home.

Daycare Service
While you work, ski, golf, or play you can drop your hound off any day.
Day Care is a great way to socialize new pups, exercise all dogs, and let dogs be dogs when you don’t have the time.
We take the whole pack on two long adventure walks daily on our fully fenced acreage.
Whether your dog is an excited social butterfly or more of a quiet observer, our acreage gives them all the space they need to feel comfortable and safe.
10 daycare pass available to Pemberton residents with an expiry of 6 months from the purchase date

Shampoo Service
$35–$65
What’s included in the departure bath:
• a pre-bath brush-out (if needed)
• a rinse & deep clean shampoo
• nourishing conditioner
• blow-dry with lots of fluff removal
• cookies and kisses
The final price is based on the size of your dog, floof level, post-bath clean-up needs, & additional requirements.
Nail trims – $15
As long as your dog feels comfortable with that.
